Description
These datasets can be used for unit-testing PyVIEW, which is a general purpose tool for analyzing calcium imaging data. The datasets also serve as examples for illustrating the folder structure recommeded when using PyVIEW. PyVIEW is here: https://github.com/galizia-lab/pyview
